Gluteal Stretch 2

 

 

Kneel on all fours then draw your bent right leg forwards and place the outer side of your right foot on the floor in front of your left knee, with your right knee pointing sideways. Slide both hands forwards and allow your left leg to slide backwards, lowering your upper body towards the floor over your right leg until you feel a gentle stretch in your right buttock.

 

Hold for 10-15 seconds until the muscles relax, then stretch a little further and hold for 10-15 seconds more.

Raise yourself back up onto all fours and repeat with the other leg.
