Hip Flexor Stretch
Kneel on the floor with your body upright, hands on your hips, Neutral Spine, Butterfly and Core engaged.
Raise your right leg and place your right foot a full step forwards. Keeping your upper body upright push your hips, and therefore your right knee, forwards until you feel a gentle stretch from the top of your left thigh up the front of your left hip.
Hold for 10-15 seconds then gently increase the stretch and hold for 10-15 seconds more.
"Step" back with your right leg so you are on both knees then repeat with the other leg.
