Work out to keep your strength.

All the people we write about are able to do what they do because they work at keeping their strength, fitness and conditioning. Have a look at our Training Section. If you can't get to a gym - or even if you can - we have a whole selection of exercises you can easily do at home, along with Personal Trainer Dan Reeve's guides of how to combine the exercises and construct an all-body work-out, how to keep your strength and build up your fitness
